So this week Turner has been calling our home phone from my cell phone a lot. And the latest time, when I answered, he responded in a little man voice, "Hi Mommy. I mean Les. This is Dixon." I laughed and laughed and laughed.
And this is Cooper. He learned how to empty the silverware from the dishwasher. Only he has a very short attention span. So the minute I walked out of the room he took a handful of forks and put them on his lunch plate. No, he didn't finish his lunch. No wonder he's so dang skinny. I feed him salad for lunch.
And my sweet Regan. Who is becoming a big girl all of a sudden. She and I decided that we didn't want to share a bathroom with the boys anymore. So the boys are no longer allowed in my bathroom. So she took it upon herself to make this sign. She sat in her room working on it for hours, while she listened to a book on CD (She finished four Percy Jackson books and two Emily Windsnap books in the last week and a half). She is a hoot. And in other news, she no longer believes in Santa. She told me tonight as I was tucking her in. "Mom, I know that reindeer don't really fly." "Really?" I said. "What else do you know?" She whispered, "I know that Santa isn't real." I almost cried. I told her that now she is one of the big kids, and she was so tickled. She teared up when she said, "Can you believe your baby girl is a big grown up girl now?" Oh, I how I love my sweet little big girl.
