Recital

We have a tradition (it's our second year, so now it's a tradition), of having a recital with our good friends, the Peterson family.  Last year it was quite an event with her kids, my kids, another friend's daughter, and Hayden's violin students.  Today it was just four of her kids, and two of mine.  But it was a wonderful recital, even if it was a bit short.  And seriously, as far as recitals go, isn't shorter better anyway?

Before we went over, I told Turner to go get changed, and he came down looking SNAZZY!
Here he is with his cute cello teacher, Emily.  We will miss her when she goes to college this fall!
And Regan, ready to wow us on her violin.

So on tonight's program:

They all did such a great job!  Hopefully next year we will add a couple more musicians to our program!  Cooper is hoping to start lessons soon, and Landon will start piano lessons....tomorrow.  He was very inspired by his friends' performances.

This was Regan's second recital.  Her first recital, with her regular teacher's studio, was about a month ago.  She wasn't thrilled with her performance.  She was much happier with it this time.
