One of my favorite things about Washington state is how green it is. You don't realize how lush and lovely everything is until you've lived in Arizona for a couple of years. Then you come back and it seems surreal. Today after church we took a walk in the woods down to the swamp, right by my parents' house. It was a lovely afternoon.
