Good Citizen

Landon is working on his Citizen pin for Webelos, and he needed to plan and execute a service project. So he decided to clean up the garbage between our school and our home. We started yesterday and quickly filled a large bag with garbage. Today we went at it again on our way home from school. We ended up with three more garbage bags! It was amazing how much trash we found. The kids were so disgusted that people litter so much. Our bags were filled before we even got to our neighborhood, so tomorrow we'll tackle that, assuming it's not raining.
