No baking?

In case you haven't heard, our downstairs A/C unit is not working. And we live in Phoenix, where it averages 110 every day these days, and gets down to maybe 80 or 85 for the overnight low. So, in other words, I'm not baking much these days. In fact, I haven't used my oven since we've been home from vacation (three weeks). And I love to bake. I usually bake a lot. So today, I just couldn't take it anymore. I needed a treat. So here is what I came up with.

Yellow Cake batter + Sprinkles (for fun!) + waffle iron =

+ frosting

= Happy Teenager.
